The visitation ceremony is followed by the second part of rituals, the memorial service, also called funeral, and it is conducted in a church. The coffin is then taken to the church in a hearse and the friends and relatives of the deceased follow the hearse. The coffin with its floral arrangement is then placed inside the church.

Funeral services normally include chants and readings from the Holy Scriptures and the Bible. The people attending the funeral also sing devotional songs. The priest presiding over the service delivers a comforting speech, and it is followed by eulogies or tributes given by relatives and close friends of the deceased, who speak of the latter’s merits and accomplishments. Sometimes, mourners are permitted to view the body for the last time before the burial takes place. The service might begin and end by gonging of church bells.

Once these ceremonies are over, the body is taken in a funeral cortege for burial, which marks the end of the funeral ceremony.

How To Transfer Data From One Xbox 360 Hard DriveTo Another

You will need :

An Xbox 360 console

Two Xbox 360 hard drives

Data transfer cable (included with the Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Kit)

This may be included when you buy the Xbox 360 Hard Drive

Data transfer software (incorporated with the Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Kit)

The Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Kit transfers all content to another hard drive. Read the users guide which you get with the Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Kit.

It is possible to transfer all content from one Xbox 360 hard drive (this is called the “source”) to another Xbox 360 hard drive (this is referred to as the “destination”). The data from the source hard drive overwrites the content on the destination hard drive.

Obviously data can only be moved to another hard drive so long as the destination hard drive is the same size or bigger than the source hard drive

As soon as the transfer is finished, the content on the destination hard drive will be replaced with the content from the source hard drive. This content will include your saved games and Xbox LIVE downloads. After the transfer is finished, the content on the source hard disk is erased.

Movie rentals

Films you’ve rented on the source hard drive will not be available after the transfer. Ensure that you watch all Xbox LIVE Marketplace movie rentals before you use the Hard Drive Transfer Kit.

Using the Hard Drive Transfer Kit

Warning with any transfer, there is a small risk that some or your entire content may be lost during the process.

Only one hard drive can be connected to your Xbox 360 console at a time. The transfer cable can’t be used to connect multiple hard drives to your console at the same time.

To transfer all content from one hard drive to another

Switch off your Xbox 360 console with your existing hard drive (the “source” drive) attached.

Disconnect all accessories from the console.

Turn on the console. Connect a controller and turn it on. You will need to use a controller during the content transfer.

Connect the transfer cable to the hard drive that you are moving content to (the “destination” hard drive).

Important The transfer cable connects to the destination hard drive in only one orientation. Don’t force the connector on.

Connect the transfer cable to the destination hard drive in the orientation shown below.

Plug the other end of the transfer cable into the USB port on the back of your Xbox 360 console.

Important Do not plug the transfer cable into a USB port on the front of your Xbox 360 console.

Load the Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Disc (included with the transfer kit) into your Xbox 360 console. Instructions will appear on the screen

The transfer process can take more than 60 minutes, depending on the amount of content on the source hard drive.

The Xbox Dashboard is not available during the content transfer.

If the transfer is interrupted for any reason, your content will stay on the source hard drive. You may restart the transfer process at any time until the transfer is complete.

To remove your Xbox 360 hard drive

1.Turn off your Xbox 360 console.

2.Locate the hard drive on the top of your console (or on the left side, according to how your console is positioned).

3.Press the release button on the hard drive.

4.Lift the hard drive away from the console.

To attach your hard drive

1.Turn off your Xbox 360 console.

2.Position the back of the hard drive against the back of the hard drive bay.

3.Push the front end of the hard drive down until it clicks in place.

Note If your console did not previously have a hard drive, you will need to remove the hard drive bay cover before attaching a hard drive.

What Is The FDCPA?

In order to do battle with the problems associated with harassing debt collectors and debt collection companies, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (also known as the FDCPA) was designed. The laws and regulations legislated by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act not only shield consumers, but they also aid debt collection agencies as well by encouraging them to operate in a serious and professional manner when engaging in communication with supposed debtors.

In most standings lenders are within their rights to go after payment. This includes situations where the borrower is neglectful in their responsibilities and then afterwords default on their financial obligations, and or if the borrower simply needs some more time due to acrid financial circumstances and strain. These above situations represent instances in which the lender is not getting his due payments from the borrower when they began with a reasonable expectation of being paid back in an adequate time frame. No matter the reason in these cases, the lender in question is legally within their rights to seek payment that they are due.

The goal of collection agencies is to recover and collect all of the monies that are overdue to their clients (the lenders). These conditions both protect debtors and enable collection companies to strongly pursue valid debts.

Even if a debtor instructs a collections representative to conclude all further contact with him there are other means by which a debt collection representative may strive for the valid debt. For example, under the FDCPA, while the collection rep must accept the debtors request to cease any further contact with them, they are also perfectly within their rights to make the debtor aware that they intend to pursue the debt via legal channels through an attorney.

If the collection agency in charge of recovering the delinquent account cannot communicate with or cannot reach the debtor, then they are legally allowed to contact third parties related to the debtor. However, under the FDCPA there are some boundaries to contacting third parties. First and foremost, the collection rep cannot harass the third party or be non-courteous. Also importantly, the collection rep cannot violate the right of privacy of the debtor by disclosing the nature of the call to this third party.

Among protocols for collection agencies to abide by, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act also has a penalization system in place for those collection companies that do not abide by the aforementioned stipulations. These penalties against collection agencies found to be in violation of the FDCPA include: fines; license revocation; and even legal actions.

At first glance it appears as though the guidelines of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act are strongly skewed toward the debtor. However, these rules also protect the debt collection agency by helping them steer to wards fair practices and policies in a courteous and professional manner. Without the FDCPA, the unprofessional behaviors of some select few collection agencies would go unchecked and thus would undermine the entire reputation of the business of debt collection.
